Update to the Latest Receiver Version. Upgrade to the latest version of Receiver to verify if this resolves the issue. If you are using SHA2 certificates then the older version of Receiver does not support these certificate. Refer to CTX200114 - Citrix Receiver Support for SHA-2 to view the Receiver versions which supports SHA-2 certificates. To uninstall the Citrix WorkSpace for Mac, open the CitrixWorkSpaceApp.dmg file and select Uninstall Citrix WorkSpaceApp. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the Citrix WorkSpace App. Refer to Citrix Documentation - Install, set up, and upgrade Receiver for Mac for more information on how to perform this action.

Symptoms or Error
User is unable to log on from a MacBook using the Citrix Receiver for Mac. The session opens and eventually disappears without any error message.

Solution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- Select the System Preferences icon on the toolbar.
- Open the Sharing folder in System Preferences under Internet & Wireless, as displayed in the following screen shot:
- Check the Computer Name field. If it is blank, type a computer name for the machine so that a license can be assigned to it.
The session opens successfully from a MacBook using Citrix Receiver for Mac.
Problem Cause
Because the Mac devices does not have a registry like Windows devices, a license must be issued to the client devices name. If the device does not have a name, it cannot be issued a license. It attempts to assign a license to a null value, and the session drops. Free map packs for black ops ps3.

Apple released Mac OSX 10.10 on October 16th. Changes in Mac OSX 10.10 require changes in Citrix Receiver for full operation.Citrix will release a tech preview release of Receiver for Mac 11.9 designed to support OSX 10.10.
Users upgrading to OSX 10.10 who want to continue to use Receiver should install the Receiver for Mac 11.9 Tech Preview.

Users may experience issues with unresponsive keyboard input while using Receiver or may not be able to connect through NetScaler Gateway.
As this is a major OSX update, the full extent of possible issues user may experience with Receiver for Mac 11.8.2 is unknown.
